Our pets absolutely enjoy being here because they are treated like family just like their own babies. It’s rare to find a place where care comes so naturally and genuinely. I absolutely love the company and the environment they have created. The owner is incredibly polite and understanding. We met for the first time yet it already feels like we have known each other for years.
Their responsiveness is amazing whenever we call or message they reply so quickly which gives so much peace of mind.

i was struggling to find a place that would pet sit my rabbits. but they are great with bunnies. they have their own bunny and have experience with multiple bunnies. they monitor food properly and took good care of my babies. wonderful experience 😊

Snootopia is the best onboarding place for pets in whole Navi Mumbai.
I left my pets (rabbits) for ~10 days and they were given proper attention, care, food and even their hygiene was maintained.
Owners are also very supportive and well aware of how different animals needs to be treated.
I highly recommend others to go with Snootopia rather than anyone else in whole Navi Mumbai.

Had gotten boarding for my 6 y'old orange cat for 6 days. He was quite happy there. He had never socialised before, but he made a small friend there too! Good space for cats, the cat-sitters provide them with a separate house, with no other dogs, enabling them to be less scared and intimidated than the babies already are, when they leave their houses. Will definitely be taking boarding services again!

Snootopita is one of the best boarding for pets. I keep my baby regularly here for half day or one night. But this is the first time I kept my baby with them for 7 days. They are so cooperative and understanding . They listen to me and my baby's requirement and accordingly takes care of my baby. I myself is very much choosey but I am really satisfied here with all their supports. . I would recommend all to keep your pets here without any tension.

Snootopia is truly a doggy paradise! I was nervous about leaving my pup for the first time, but the amazing team made the experience smooth and worry-free. I recently kept my Lhasa Apso at Snootopia Pet Boarding and overall had a really good experince. They took very nice care of my dog and were sending timely updates also, even shared play videos which I really liked.

The place was clean and hygiene was well maintained. It actually felt quite premium compared to other pet boarding I have seen in Navi Mumbai. When I went to pick him up he looked very happy and comfortable, so that gave me a good feeling.

Pricing is also very reasonable for the kind of service they are giving. I would definitely recomend this place

We have kept Charlie at the Snootopia boarding for 9 days. They took proper care of Charlie and provided all the updates with photo and videos.
